Taylor Swift sent flowers to the Los Angeles Police Department’s Foothill Community Police Station in Pacoima, California, yesterday after one of its officers was injured during the recent Las Vegas shooting. The female officer was attending the Route 91 Harvest Festival on Sunday night when gunman Stephen Paddock opened fire on the crowd of over 22,000, killing 59 and injuring over 500.

LAPD Intel Analyst Kimberlee Binder shared a photo of Swift's surprise delivery on Instagram:

"Talk about a class act! @taylorswift sent multiple bouquets of flowers and plants to our station, as one of our officers was shot in Las Vegas last night. This is one of the smaller arrangements. Beautiful flowers can bring a smile to anyone’s face. Much respect."

The LAPD Foothill Division also shared a few photos of the card and multiple floral arrangements from Swift:

Several off-duty officers attended the festival, but one was struck by gunfire while trying to get to safety, the LAPD confirmed in a statement on social media yesterday. The officer is expected to make a full recovery.

Swift was one of many celebrities who sent messages of support on social media yesterday in the wake of the attack. "There are no words to express the helplessness and sorrow my broken heart feels for the victims in Vegas and their families," she tweeted.
